Vice President of Operations

Curtis Packaging

Kerry is currently the Vice President of Operations for Curtis Packaging. He has the responsibility for the full operational management of a $35 million dollar packaging company with 150 employees. Curtis creates packaging for the cosmetic, personal care, liquor, pharmaceutical, and sporting goods industry, servicing many of the most famous brands in the industry. Kerry is responsible for the management of safety, quality, scheduling, sustainability, design, risk assessment, prepress, all manufacturing processes, shipping, and capital asset justification and acquisition.

Kerry was the past Director of Quality for Curtis and was responsible for the implementation of a quality and environmental system that is compliant with the ISO 9001 quality management system, ISO 15378 cGMP’s for pharmaceutical packaging, and the ISO 14001 environmental management system. In this role, Kerry was also responsible for sustainability and has worked to enhance and maintain the company’s position as a leader in sustainability.

Prior to joining Curtis Packaging, Kerry was the Director of Quality for A&H Mfg, a manufacturer of packaging for the jewelry and fashion accessories industry. He was responsible for the quality management system worldwide, as well as overseeing the operations of the computer printed products division, and the shipping/logistics functions of the company.

Prior to A&H Mfg, Kerry was the Director of Quality for Elizabeth Webbing Mills and oversaw all quality functions for 4 different business units. Kerry had full responsibility for creating and executing a joint venture in Leon Mexico, manufacturing narrow woven fabrics. This included the business development strategy, capitalizing, and staffing of the business.

Kerry has over 25 years of experience in manufacturing management, with a proven track record of managing change while creating cutting edge methods of improvements within safety, quality, productivity, and sustainability.
