Screen is going to be sharing some of the key elements in exploring new digital label and flexible packaging production opportunities with their TruePress L350 Series. One of the most interesting aspects about the Screen approach to printing is the wide variety of ink-curing technologies that they use. For example, the new Truepress Jet L350 UV SAI Series UV Inkjet Label Presses was developed in response to the industry’s need for mixed, short-run printing for the high price and luxury segments. Likewise, the Truepress Jet L350 UV+LM presses bring unrivalled levels of functionality to food packaging label production with newly developed low migration inks that offer enhanced safety benefits. The press also includes a nitrogen purge mechanism for accelerating the curing of UV inks, further preventing ink migration on the most demanding of print jobs.
